What you'll be doing

Job Purpose / Overview

The purpose of the role is: To oversee and manage the vetting and on-boarding of all staff, workforce and supply chain to the project to meet client approval processes, the SQEP (suitably qualified experienced person) procedures and monitoring the ongoing compliance for all who have site access.

  • To engage with the relevant stakeholders to ensure an efficient and effective OnBoarding process.
  • Develop, write and maintain OnBoarding and compliance processes and be able to drive the understanding of the process requirements with all stakeholders.
  • Oversee and managing the WIMS (Workforce Information Management System) system. Collecting and storing workforce data on the system.
  • Oversee and managing the onboarding of new staff, workforce, and supply chain onto the project, proactively managing all aspects of the vetting and onboarding process to enable them to commence work as quickly as possible.
  • Managing process for collating and checking information required for the SZC pre-employment screening and submitting applications via the WIMS system for approval. Monitoring progress through to approval stage.
  • Working with the training advisor/ resourcing partner to ensure new starts to the project are competent and qualified to complete their working roles in line with the SZC competency matrix.
