We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Bids Administrator to join our team in Bristol. This role will involve supporting the Bids & Marketing team in creating and submitting bids for new business opportunities as well as assisting with various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of high-quality bid documentation, ensuring all submission deadlines are met
  • Conduct research and gather information to support bid responses
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for bids
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and social media content
  • Help maintain the company's website and social media accounts
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and events
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous experience in a bids or marketing role is desirable but not essential
