This is a fantastic opportunity for either an experienced Accounts Payable professional or someone actively studying towards their AAT qualification and looking to gain hands-on experience in a busy finance environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Processing invoices accurately and efficiently to the correct ledgers
- Liaising with contractors, internal departments, and regional managers to resolve invoice queries and ensure timely payments
- Ensuring compliance with financial procedures and internal controls
- Supporting the finance and administration teams with day-to-day queries
- Handling contractor statements and following up on missing documentation
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring all communications are dealt with in a timely, professional manner
- Previous experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role
- Or actively studying AAT and eager to build your finance career
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach
- High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A team player with a proactive and can-do attitude
