Overview

Are you prepared to be the primary point of contact for members seeking advice on their pension benefits? We invite you to join our complementary team and play a crucial role in providing outstanding support and mentorship on Portal management, benefit information, and administrative procedures. As part of our team, you will be responsible for initiating case creation for members when vital and coaching and mentoring Associates to ensure outstanding service delivery.

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Take charge by running and coordinating MEx projects, supervising staff, and attending Trustee and client meetings, with equivalent experience also considered.
  • Improve your skills with training, coaching, and mentoring opportunities, while providing feedback and support to the MEx Team Manager.
  • Handle non-standard client/member queries with integrity and ensure errors and complaints are managed effectively.
  • Prioritize workloads to maintain Service Level Agreements and ensure work is processed accurately and timely.
  • Be a champion of change, share your ideas for efficiency, and contribute to the creation of training materials.

About You

We are seeking individuals with robust experience at a supervisory or managerial level within administrative or customer service roles. Ideal candidates will have a proven record in customer service, with expertise in pensions being a plus. Applicants should demonstrate a logical approach to problem-solving and data management, along with excellent literacy skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues. We strive to develop your skills in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, working independently, and developing team workloads.
