Position: Experienced Fire Damper and Grease Extraction Team Lead - Bristol

Essential Requirements:

• Location: Must live within a 30 minute commute from Bristol.
• Experience: Previous commercial grease extract cleaning experience to TR19.
• Driving Licence: Hold a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• DBS Clearance: Ability to obtain DBS clearance for high-security sites.
• Physical Fitness: Physically fit and confident working at heights and in confined spaces.
• Flexible Shifts: Comfortable working day, night, and weekend shifts, varying from week to week.
• Travel: Willing to work away when required (accommodation and meals provided).
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of Fire Damper testing would be advantageous but not essential.
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Job Management: Responsible for running jobs and ensuring all works are completed to a high standard.
• Reporting: Ensure post-clean reporting and photographs are submitted to the office daily.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining the company van (all associated costs covered by the company).
