We're Hiring: Lead FEM Engineer
Location: Bristol, UK | ?? Contract Role | ?? Aerospace Industry

Join a world-class engineering team supporting wing FEM and digital analysis functions across major commercial aircraft programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
Support wing modification and certification activities with validated FEM solutions and data.
Deliver accurate internal loads data and documentation for wing component stress analysis (static & fatigue).
Review and approve linear FEM reports ensuring structural compliance.
Provide expert input on in-service issues, including repairs and occurrences.
Capture and share lessons learned to enhance future engineering activities.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in FEM analysis within the aerospace industry
Strong understanding of wing structures and airworthiness requirements
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and deadlines
A strong focus on diversity, health & safety, ethics & compliance, and sustainability
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Location: Bristol - Onsite/Hybrid Options Available
