We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Maintenance Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

The Maintenance Supervisor, will be responsible for:

• To supervise the day to day planning and allocation of the technical maintenance resource
• To supervise the Planned Maintenance Programme, and deliver an excellent reactive service to the property portfolio ensuring compliance with all SLA's & KPI's
• To supervise and deliver small replacements projects and update Asset Registers when equipment is replaced as part of Life Cycle or Small Works Programme
• Training the team as required including delivering Tool box talks and team briefs
• Checking paperwork and service standards completed by the team
• Complete reports and paperwork as instructed by the Engineering Manager
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation

To be successful for this Maintenance Supervisor role you must have:

• Either BS7671 Electrical Regulations, Gas ACOPs or F-Gas qualified
• Ideally served a recognised trade training scheme
• Experience managing a small team
• IOSH Working safely
• Able to work as a member of a team and without direct supervision
• Able to deal directly with customers in a professional manner
