Experience & Skills
As a QS you will be responsible for the effectiveness of the overall contract, ensuring all KPI’s and goals are met. The main duties include:
Experience & Skills
- The candidate must have experience with a range of different products and manufacturers, with at least 3 years’ experience surveying and installing fire-stopping
- Competent with Fire Door regulations
- Customer orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations.
- Good attention to detail and a person who can prioritise and manage their time effectively.
- Someone with a passion to continue to learn and develop themselves and their skills.
- An individual with the desire to install and maintain services to the highest standards.
- Experience with reviewing risk assessments and managing remedial works
- Competence in a range of tasks from surveying, maintenance inspections, completing installation works directly
- Experience supervising internal staff and subcontractors to complete installation works
- Auditing works experience and signing off compliance in accordance with FIRAS accreditation.
- Willingness to spend a mixture of time onsite or in one of our office location - IG7
- As a growing team, we are looking for someone who can build and develop a team around them, training staff to complete a range of Passive Fire Woks under their supervision.
As a QS you will be responsible for the effectiveness of the overall contract, ensuring all KPI’s and goals are met. The main duties include:
- To supervise the effective day to day management of the contract
- Carry out certification validation
- To develop a strong collaborative working relationship with engineers to promote excellent customer service.
- To provide technical knowledge to the wider team
- Competitive salary relative to experience (PAYE)
