We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead to champion our safety culture and wellbeing initiatives across the UK and Ireland. You’ll be the go-to expert for all health, safety, and wellbeing matters for our Bristol hub and UK field-based teams. You’ll also support our teams in London, Dublin, and Nottingham - ensuring compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of care and accountability.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Provide expert advice and set strategies to promote a positive behavioural safety culture.
  • Lead quarterly Health & Safety review meetings and drive action plans.
  • Investigate incidents and ensure timely reporting to Group Health & Safety.
  • Manage and audit Health & Safety systems, legal registers, and emergency procedures.
  • Deliver training programmes including first aid, mental health, and site inductions.
  • Launch and lead wellbeing initiatives, including flu vaccination and annual wellbeing agendas.


Skills and Experience Required

  • NEBOSH National Diploma (or equivalent) – essential.
  • Strong knowledge of UK & Ireland H&S legislation, regulations, and codes of practice.
  • Proven experience in a similar advisory or leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
  • Passion for wellbeing and creating a positive, inclusive work environment.
