• Ensure all regulations are met, maintaining compliance across projects.
• Manage variation enquiries to facilitate project adaptations

You To be successful in the role of Asset Manager, you’ll bring:

• A technical background, ideally with experience in facilities management.
• Knowledge of hospital technical management standards (HTMs).
• Previous management experience in a related field.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to liaise with contractors.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and compliance monitoring.
