Beach Baker is proud to be working with a well-established, independent property consultancy in Bristol to appoint a Partner-level Agency & Investment professional. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead and grow a key service line within a highly respected, regionally influential firm.

The Opportunity

In this senior leadership role, you'll head up the Agency & Investment team-advising landlords, developers, and investors on high-value transactions throughout Bristol and the wider South West.

You'll drive business development, originate deals, and provide strategic market advice while overseeing key client relationships. You'll also work cross-functionally with other service lines including valuation, development, and property management to offer an integrated service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on disposals and acquisitions across the office and industrial sectors.


• Manage investment instructions for institutional and private clients.


• Identify and develop new opportunities to grow the firm's client base.


• Provide strategic market insight to clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.


• Work closely with internal teams to cross-sell and drive revenue growth.


• Mentor junior team members and support wider business leadership.

Who We're Looking For

• 
  MRICS qualified with a minimum of 10 years' PQE in office, industrial, or investment agency.


• Strong market presence or client following-or the ambition and credibility to build one.


• Proven track record in deal origination, execution, and client relationship management.


• A natural leader with commercial acumen, vision, and collaborative working style.


• Tenacious, strategic, and highly motivated to grow a business unit and deliver client value.
