OVERVIEWJoin a reputable firm in Bristol, managing a varied caseload of high-value Multi-Track claims, including medical negligence issues. RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage a caseload of Multi-Track claims, dealing with a range of medical negligence issues.- Assess potential claims, liaise with experts, and negotiate settlements to ensure the best outcomes for clients.- Maintain a high standard of work in all matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations.- Play an active role in departmental planning and business development initiatives.
ABOUT YOU- 4+ PQE with experience in Clinical Negligence or complex personal injury- Experience managing a wide variety of Clinical Negligence files, including but not limited to brain injuries, spinal injuries, fatalities, misdiagnosis, and general medical negligence.- A successful track record of billing in Medical/Clinical Negligence or complex personal injury matters.
