As the Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality through effective management and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS). You will lead a dedicated team of quality professionals, overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control in our additive manufacturing processes.



  • Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with ISO9001:2015, industry standards, and customer requirements.

  • Manage and lead a team of quality assurance specialists, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operations.

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess adherence to quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance product quality.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on quality metrics, driving accountability and transparency across the organization.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and certifications relevant to additive manufacturing and fabrication.

  • Champion a culture of quality throughout the organization, promoting awareness and adherence to best practices.

Education/Professional Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Expertise in developing and maintaining QMS frameworks, with knowledge of ISO 9001.

  • Certification as a Quality Engineer (CQE), Quality Auditor (CQA), or similar credentials is a plus.


Experiences & Abilities:



  • Proven experience in quality management within the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of additive manufacturing processes and materials.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.

  • Experience in conducting audits and implementing CAPA processes.


Skills / Personal Qualities:



  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
