Communications Manager - #1718823

You will be a key member of the marketing team, responsible for all written communications across all marketing channels, from press releases and media relations to website blogs, email campaigns, sales brochures, and customer communications. The ideal candidate will have a mix of skills to reflect the breadth of the role.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing the production and planning of all written copy, including:
   a) Offline marketing content and collateral, such as brochures, flyers, press adverts, press releases, home user guides, branded merchandise, and signage.
   b) Online marketing content and collateral such as websites, blogs, news articles, press releases, interactive sales tools, social media content, digital ad copy, and e-newsletter content.


2. Project management of relevant workstreams for collateral design and production, including partner/supplier identification, briefing agencies, creative direction, proofreading, and quality control.


3. Following internal approval processes and meeting deadlines to ensure timely delivery within budget.


4. Conducting research and providing insights into current and potential customer groups to shape marketing strategies.


5. Collaborating with the Marketing Manager on offline marketing materials to shape the customer journey and brand expression.


6. Working with the Digital Marketing Manager on digital content systems, SEO, and keyword research.


7. Managing and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, including tone of voice.


8. Optimizing marketing systems and processes for efficiency.


9. Ensuring compliance with relevant consumer protection and data legislation.
