Realise is recruiting qualified Early Years Trainer Assessors to cover learners in the Bristol region.
As a Trainer, your focus will be to support learners in achieving their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3, or 5 apprenticeships or AEB short courses. You will be the first point of contact for your learners, providing the support they need to succeed in their learning journey with Realise.
While daily tasks may vary, your key responsibilities are likely to include:
- Supporting a caseload of 45 learners across your region, both face-to-face and remotely
- Delivering a range of award-winning qualifications
- Creating tailored solutions for your learners to ensure they have the best experience and develop their interests and careers
- Utilising our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey
We are open to Trainee applications.
The Salary
- £27,500 for Trainee or qualified Trainers delivering Level 3
- £28,500 for qualified Trainers delivering Level 5
- Earn up to £160 bonus for each learner you refer!

About You
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent is essential
- Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting
- An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA, A1, D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous
- Experience in building and managing your own caseload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office
