Irwin and Colton are partnering with a renowned transport and logistics organization in Bristol to recruit an Environmental Compliance Specialist. This newly created role offers an opportunity to support our client’s compliance journey, ensuring adherence to ISO 14001 standards.

• Lead ISO 14001 audit processes, championing best practices, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining certification.


• Collect and report environmental performance data to meet stakeholder needs.


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure environmental compliance and address any issues.


• Design and deliver training to promote environmental awareness throughout the organization.

• A degree (BSc or MSc) in an environmental discipline; membership to IEMA is desirable.


• Demonstrable experience with ISO 14001 audits, preferably within the transport industry.


• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and promote environmental compliance across the business.
