What you’ll be doing

  1. Drive financial reporting deliverables for all reporting cycles, ensuring delivery of high-quality financial information, including reporting to the Home Office.

  2. Provide reporting, planning, and analysis of total labour resources and costs across multiple programmes within ESN.

  3. Work with Financial Business Partners to understand the ESN programmes and align labour & related P&L costs accordingly.

  4. Ensure the financial integrity of the business by implementing complex process and policy changes.

  5. Drive process automation and optimize manual tasks related to handling large volumes of data from multiple sources. Contribute to designing improvements in financial data, processes, and systems to support analysis and decision-making.

What we would like to see on your CV

  • Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.

  • Bold and confident thinking, with a proven track record of challenging the status quo.

  • Ability to manage and analyze large data sets in Excel to derive insights.

  • Decision-making skills in ambiguous situations with incomplete information and differing opinions.
