Job description

Hours of Work: 9.00am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday

Duties:

1. To ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained at all times and act as a role model for excellent service delivery.


2. To deal with enquiries from customers and visitors to properties, providing appropriate advice and information via email, website, telephone, and in person.


3. To assist on open days and carry out viewings.


4. Helping set up events.


5. To follow the complaints procedures, receive, log, and attempt to resolve complaints from customers, aiming for the continuous improvement of our services.


6. To comply with Health and Safety working practices and provide information to visitors and subcontractors.


7. To respond to emergencies, both during and outside working hours, professionally and diligently.


8. To provide administrative assistance to the Property Manager.


9. To work effectively under your own initiative and within a small team of committed colleagues to achieve the objectives of the Corporate Goals.


10. Embed customer involvement by engaging and consulting customers to find ways to improve and deliver services that meet their needs, and promote the student experience within our halls through entertainment and involvement.
