Our client, a fast-growing and forward-thinking energy consultancy based in central Bristol, is on the lookout for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join their dynamic team.

  Hunting for Opportunities - You'll lead from the front by identifying and reaching out to prospective clients through cold calling, outbound campaigns, and market research.

  Driving Sales Growth - Manage the full sales cycle, from the initial pitch through to close, while ensuring all activity is compliant and customer-focused.

  Building Pipelines - Use modern CRM tools to create and nurture a robust pipeline of prospects and opportunities.

  Crafting Proposals - Work closely with internal pricing and procurement teams to deliver tailored, impactful proposals.

  Representing the Brand - Attend events and networking opportunities to raise the profile of the company and bring in new leads.


• 
  Adding Value - Spot opportunities for cross-selling additional energy services, such as sustainability and compliance solutions.

• A proven B2B sales performer with a fearless approach to cold calling.


• A natural communicator who's comfortable pitching at all levels.


• Organised, self-motivated, and relentless in the pursuit of targets.


• Ideally experienced in the energy, utilities, or sustainability sector - or quick to learn it.


• Familiarity with CRM platforms and a regulated sales environment is a plus.
