Maintenance Engineer: TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer with an F-Gas qualification to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies covering Bristol and surrounding areas. As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for planned and reactive maintenance at your dedicated sites, carrying out a range of mechanical tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of building services. Salary: £41,209 per annum + Door-to-door pay for travel time. Hours: 45 hours Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 weeks on-call with 1 in 4 Saturdays Duties

• As a Maintenance Engineer you’ll be working within your own dedicated sites as the client’s first point of call for PPM and reactive work along with other general building maintenance.
• Tasks could include repairs to cooling units and AHU’s, rectifying faults in plant rooms, splits, VRF and more.
• You will also be asked to support with general fabric work without the facility including minor repairs
