Salary - £60,000 + Bonus
Alexander Lloyd are supporting a key client in the professional services sector on the recruitment t of a new HR Manager position.
This role will cover both the Bristol and Reading offices and will provided fir4st class HR Advise and guidance across the Tax, Audit and Advisory areas.
Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for around 550 employees providing advice, guidance and dealing with first point of contact HR support. This role offers an excellent mix between operational and strategic elements of the role with great opportunities to get involved in exciting HR related projects.
You will need to be extremely experience within Employee Relations and have excellent knowledge of UK employment law, a confident and outgoing personality to be able to deliver training when required.
You will have / need:-
·2+ years in an HR Manager / HRBP role
·Excellent knowledge of ER and UK employment Law.
·Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the firm
·Ideally from a fast paced Global complex matrix type organisation
·Ability to operate both Operationally and strategically
·Ideally from a professional or financial services background
·CIPD Qualified
This organisation offers excellent hybrid working of 3 days office 2 from home. You will need to attend each office (Bristol/Reading) at least once per week and then the 3rd day can be an office of your choosing. Expenses can be claimed for the other office.
The salary on offer is up to £60,000 + bonus
