Role: Branch Manager

Location: Bristol

Pay rate/Salary: Base Salary £55k to £60k + Bonus Available

Hours of Work: Monday – Friday

Type: Permanent – Office/Field based

Start Date: Immediately (flexible for notice periods)

The Branch Manager role is an exciting opportunity to take full responsibility for running your own business unit. After a comprehensive training and induction process, you will have full autonomy over stock purchases, staffing, logistics, trading hours, and more. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

  • Manage all aspects of the business, including full P&L, sales, marketing, logistics, and purchasing

  • Lead and mentor employees to drive business growth

  • Identify and capitalise on opportunities to enhance company performance and revenue

Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is:

  • Experienced in the electrical wholesale industry

  • From a B2B sales background

  • Knowledgeable of the local area

  • A skilled negotiator with the ability to identify new business opportunities

  • Proactive, with a strong track record of building supplier and customer relationships
