The Role

We are looking for someone to join our fantastic Brand Team as a Graphic Designer to help us provide an outstanding service and create a Home for Success for our employees and students.

You will play a key role in leading the development and production of design assets for our corporate brand. This includes delivering creative designs for our B2B and employer brand, bringing our culture and values to life through exceptional assets across digital and print platforms. The role will require creative thinking and ensuring projects align with brand standards and strategic objectives.

What You`ll Be Doing

  • The Graphic Designer is expected to be a key contributor in creative brainstorming, creating innovative concepts and ideas that complement our Unite Students masterbrand and resonate with our B2B, internal and corporate target audiences.
  • Designing and producing high-quality artwork and creative assets for a wide range of digital and offline media, including web, social, email, print, and large-format projects.
  • Interpreting briefs, contributing to creative strategy, and executing the translation of concepts into compelling visual tailored for the specific audiences. To include producing guidelines and assets for our B2B and employer brand, creating engaging, high-profile reports and presentations for our investor audiences, such our sustainability and insights reports, and delivering designs for internal events, such as our annual STARS Awards.
  • Creating powerful PowerPoint presentations.
  • Creating digital brochures using our new relayto.com platform and ensuring that all assets are available and up-to-date on our Brand Portal.
  • Upholding a high level of accuracy, quality control, and attention to detail across all design work, including ensuring copy, content, and layout integrity.
  • Working closely with the Communications, People and Higher Education/University Partnerships teams to deliver on their design requirements, whilst contributing to a productive and creative team environment within the Brand and Design teams.

What We`re Looking for in You

  • Proven experience designing and producing assets for both print and digital media, demonstrating a strong portfolio of creative work.
  • Mastery of design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to conceptualise and visually communicate creative ideas with a keen eye for detail, colour, typography, and layout.
  • Solid experience working in a fast-paced creative environment, either in-house or at an agency, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects independently when required.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to engaging with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, adapting quickly to changing priorities, and maintaining high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end publishing process, including production specifications, printing, and distribution.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills, with a focus on delivering projects on time and to a high standard.
