Kaluza reimagines energy to bring net-zero within everyone’s reach. The Kaluza Platform enables energy utilities to unlock the full value of a radically changing energy system and propel us to a future where renewable energy is sustainable, affordable and accessible for all.

From automating and simplifying core operations including billing to create a lower-cost, higher-engagement experience, to optimising energy usage across smart devices in the home, we turn tough challenges into win-win-win outcomes for customers, suppliers and the energy system.

We champion a flexible, hybrid work approach and we find that teams often benefit from coming together in the office at least once a week to foster connection and accelerate progress.

Outside of these collaborative opportunities, we aim to be as flexible as possible to balance work with life. As a company we come together annually for our conference and end of year celebrations!

Where in the world of Kaluza will I be working?

This platform has been built with scale and technical quality in mind and is the foundation for decarbonisation efforts by Kaluza’s customers.

What will I be doing?

Our Payments teams ensure that we provide our clients and their customers a payment experience they understand and trust. Focusing on building out our payments platform, you and your cross-functional team will be responsible for:

  • Building a market leading payments product. You will understand what great looks like for Kaluza & your product and will set a vision of how we can continue to delight our customers
  • Internationalisation: Kaluza works across multiple international markets and supports many customer types, you will ensure we are effective at localizing where necessary but building a scalable SAAS product
  • Millions of customers: We are responsible for the payments of millions of customers and this grows everyday. You and your team will ensure our payments platform is stable and scalable
  • Driving payment performance: You and your team will be key to ensuring we are providing and constantly improving on excellent payment outcomes for our clients.
