Facilities Team Member

Location: Bristol and Bath


Hours and Rota: 37.5 hours per week. The role requires working an 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Sunday.


Salary: £25,699 - £28,586 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits.


Essential: A full UK driving license.


What you'll be doing as a Facilities Team Member

  • Resolving general maintenance issues, including basic plastering, window and door repairs, electrical changes, and basic plumbing.

  • Performing duties such as pressure washing, cleaning outside areas, and mould cleaning.

  • Responding to Health and Safety calls.

  • Completing inspections and addressing remedial works.

  • Logging maintenance issues and following up accordingly.


What we're looking for in you

  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service, with a focus on the student experience.

  • Experience in general maintenance; basic plumbing skills are essential, electrical skills are desirable.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
