Fertility Talent are working with a rapidly growing IVF clinic in the Southwest of England to find a passionate and skilled Deputy Lab Manager to join their expanding team. • Collaborate closely with the Laboratory Manager and the wider Embryology Team to ensure all procedures are carried out precisely and in full compliance with HFEA and CQC regulations.
• Take a patient-centred approach, actively engaging with patients throughout their journey. Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential in this role.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous development—both for yourself and your team—as you help to shape the future of the clinic.

Skills and Experience Required:

• You must be a qualified Clinical Embryologist with solid experience in the fertility sector.
• Registration with the HCPC and ISCI training are desirable but not essential.
• Biopsy training is essential for this position.
• Previous experience in a Deputy Lab Manager role is advantageous, but we also welcome applications from experienced Embryologists or Senior Embryologists looking to take the next step in their career.
• Experience from both the Independent Sector and the NHS will be considered.
