Carriera is working with a highly regarded multidisciplinary cost consultancy that has a strong offering of nationwide projects throughout the UK.
About the position:
The Cost Management team in Bristol is well established and is experiencing rapid growth. They are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Cost Management team and support senior leadership by taking lead on major projects across a broad range of commercial sectors on major developments valued up to £100m+.
As an ideal candidate, you will be able to leverage your experience in delivering major schemes that exceed £2m to help further expand the company's operations.
About you:
- Ideally have chartered (MRICS) status, or are actively working towards completing your APC, with a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.
- Ideally come from a consultancy background (contracting background will be considered) delivering projects in the leisure, hotel, industrial/ logistics and residential sectors.
- Experience delivering projects from conception through to completion.
- Possess a customer-focused attitude, demonstrating the ability to build strong relationships with the customer project team.
