Acorn by Synergie are in the market for a Site Manager for a housing association refurbishment project in Bedminster, Bristol.

This is a holiday cover position for 1 month, paying £280/day with scope for long term position if all goes well

Required:

- SMSTS, First aid, CSCS

- Management experience

- Experience on council refurbishments

- Availability from 9th June

Duties:

-Organising of labour, plant and materials

-Managing and implementing safety standards and good practices of work.

-Overseeing more than one project at a time subject to the size and scope of works
