TuffStuff Workwear

Regional Sales Manager – South West England & South Wales

Workwear & Safety Footwear – TuffStuff / Fort

We’re Castle Clothing – home of the TuffStuff and Fort brands. Trusted by trades for decades, we make hard-wearing, well-priced workwear that does exactly what it says on the tin. We are looking for a driven and practical Sales Manager to take over a thriving territory covering the South West and South Wales.

The job:

You’ll be taking care of a busy patch with over 300 active customers – including safety distributors, builders’ merchants, agri-dealers, and online retailers. This is a well-established region with room to grow – you'll be taking over an active base, not starting from scratch.

Your focus will be to strengthen and maintain relationships with existing accounts, identify gaps in the region, and make sure every customer understands the value behind TuffStuff and Fort; reliable products, fair pricing, and a team that actually backs them.

You’ll spend most of your time on the road – meeting customers and prospects, presenting ranges, installing and maintaining displays, merchandising stock, and identifying new opportunities. You’ll also represent the brand at regional and national trade shows, supporting customers and demonstrating what sets our products apart.

You’ll need to:

·        Have solid B2B sales experience ideally with merchants or in a related trade-focused environment

·        Be confident talking shop with everyone from counter staff to MDs

·        Be organised, self-motivated and practical – we won’t be breathing down your neck

·        Know your way around South West England and South Wales

·        Have a clean(ish) UK driving licence

·        Experience in workwear, PPE, or a similar product range would be a bonus

We’ll sort you out with:

·        A competitive salary + annual bonus

·        5% employer pension contribution (when you contribute 5%)

·        Company vehicle

·        Laptop, phone, etc. – all the kit you need

·        Support from a close-knit, straight-talking team

·        The chance to be part of a respected, still family-run business that’s going places

If you know the merchant world, have the drive to grow a region, and want to work with a brand that people actually ask for by name – we’d love to hear from you.
