The Technical Advisor – Promat will provide technical advice to both internal and external customers regarding Promat’s fire protection products and answer all customer specification inquiries.

What you’ll do:

1. Generate customer leads and collaborate with the Architectural Specification Managers (ASM) to develop customer relationships.


2. Compile project packs of technical specifications and provide the information to customers.


3. Monitor the website and email to answer all technical inquiries.


4. Update technical literature and create technical drawings using AutoCAD.


5. Complete Institute of Fire Engineers (IFE) Level 3 certification in Passive Fire Protection.

What you’ll bring:

• ‘A’ Levels or equivalent, including Maths, Science, or IT subjects.


• Experience in a customer service or administrative role in an office environment.


• A clear communicator with the ability to translate complex technical issues into straightforward language.


• Proficiency in CAD is a plus but not required.
