Exciting Opportunity for Teaching Assistants in Bristol
Position: Teaching Assistant (SEN Support)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

The school is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to support students with SEN on a full-time basis. The students will have a mixture of Autism or ADHD. This role will start in September and will continue for the whole of the academic year, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate

Your Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide 1:1 and group support for students with SEN
Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Help students develop confidence, independence, and social skills
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to meet student needs
What We’re Looking For:
Enthusiastic and compassionate individuals with a passion for SEN support
Experience working with children (preferred but not essential)
A team player with great communication skills
Patience, resilience, and a commitment to student development
