This is a full-time, permanent role offering guaranteed hours and genuine opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily operations and team leadership
• Ensure excellent customer service and dining experiences for all guests
• Maintain operational standards including health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members to deliver high performance
• Contribute to sales, cost control, and team scheduling to achieve business goals
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging working environment
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or a similar environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A hands-on, proactive approach to leadership
• Passion for great food, service, and people development
• Ability to remain calm and lead effectively in a fast-paced setting
