Kitchen Team & Role Overview
Our Kitchen Team creates delicious dishes and takes pride in their work. We seek a passionate Assistant Chef to join us and help deliver an excellent dining experience for our residents.
You’ll help us make health happen by:
- Using your passion for cooking and fresh ingredients to create varied and nutritious menus tailored to dietary needs and preferences
- Suggesting ideas to enhance the dining experience, making residents feel at home
- Training and managing the kitchen team in prepping, cooking, and serving food
- Adhering to COSHH and HACCP guidelines, company policies, budgets, and managing orders and deliveries
- Catering for special events and seasonal activities, such as fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays
