We are looking for a dedicated dental receptionist to join our busy team at Hanham Dental.

Your daily duties will include welcoming patients and managing clinicians diaries. Booking patients appointments face to face and by telephone. Taking payments and answering emails and queries.

We are looking for a friendly well organised individual who is computer competent and happy working as part of a team or individually.

• SoE experience is preferred but not essential.

Reporting to the Office Manager, your core skills in office and administrative tasks will be vital in scheduling appointments, handling patient records, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Qualifications

• Previous office and administrative experience


• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in office software


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively


• Experience in a dental or healthcare environment is a plus


• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Job Types: Part-time, TemporaryContract length: 8 months

Pay: £12.25 per hour
