Due to growth, they are looking to build out their R&D team with a skilled individual who possess the desire to learn. During your time there, you will work on projects both as a team and independently which in essence will put your skills to the test. An ideal person would have at least 1 years commercial experience with embedded-C firmware programming, electronics design including schematic design & PCB layout and some experience with git and clear communication skills.
