We’re looking for a detail-oriented Installation Site Surveyor to ensure seamless platform lift installations by conducting precise site surveys, liaising with stakeholders, and providing essential technical data to our teams. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency across all installations.


Key Responsibilities:


Site Surveys:



  • Conduct detailed on-site assessments to ensure accurate measurements and technical data.

  • Identify challenges, propose solutions, and support customers to ensure smooth installations.


Technical Documentation:



  • Prepare comprehensive reports and drawings based on survey findings.

  • Provide crucial technical details such as lift dimensions, shaft sizes, and installation specifications.


Client & Stakeholder Communication:



  • Arrange and attend pre-installation visits and project meetings.

  • Work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to align project specifications and timelines.


Regulatory Compliance:



  • Ensure all site conditions and installations meet health, safety, and building regulations.

  • Stay informed on industry standards and legal requirements.


Support to Installation Teams:



  • Provide ongoing assistance to installation teams with technical queries and issue resolution.

  • Conduct final site checks before installation to confirm readiness.


Quality Assurance:



  • Maintain high accuracy and quality in all survey work.

  • Monitor and report on installation progress where necessary.

  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned in line with the role.


Qualifications & Experience:



  • Proven experience in surveying or lift engineering (preferably within the lift or construction industry).

  • Strong understanding of technical drawings, engineering principles, and installation processes.

  • Proficiency in using measuring and level lasers.

  • Full, clean UK driving licence required.

Working Conditions:



  • Regular travel to project sites, including occasional overnight stays.
