Job Title: Marketing Manager

Salary: up to £50,000

Reporting to the Business Development Director you will play a key role in shaping and delivering the marketing strategy.

The Role:

• Lead the creation and ongoing improvement of the marketing strategy.


• Develop a user experience (UX) strategy to improve digital touchpoints, making sure the website, campaigns, and communications are clear, user-friendly, and effective.


• Regularly review and improve all areas of marketing - SEO, PPC, video, and more


• Lead, support, and grow a small marketing team - encouraging creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

The Candidate:

• At least 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role.


• Proven experience leading and developing teams to deliver results.


• Hands-on experience with all aspects of marketing - digital strategy, UX, content, analytics, and campaigns.


• Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

The Package:

Base Salary: up to £50,000
