I'm seeking an experienced and dynamic D365 Business Central Presales Consultant to join my client's growing team. If you have a passion for driving sales and showcasing the value of D365 BC to potential customers, this is an exciting opportunity for you!


As a D365 BC Presales Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales process by working closely with sales teams and prospective clients to demonstrate the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You’ll be responsible for delivering engaging presentations, demonstrations, and workshops that effectively communicate the value of the product, and provide expert advice to clients on how D365 BC can meet their business needs.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead product demonstrations and workshops for potential clients, showcasing the capabilities of D365 Business Central.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and tailor presentations to address specific business needs.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of D365 BC features, functionalities, and industry best practices.

  • Work closely with prospects to gather business requirements and help translate them into D365 BC solutions.

  • Provide technical support during the sales process and assist with the creation of proposals and responses to RFPs.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.

  • Assist in the creation of sales materials and documentation for presentations and proposals.

  • Stay up-to-date with new features, updates, and trends in D365 BC and the ERP landscape.


Skills & Experience:



  • Proven experience in presales, consulting, or sales engineering roles, ideally within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP solution.

  • Strong understanding of D365 BC capabilities, implementation processes, and industry use cases.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

  • Experience working directly with clients to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with a track record of successfully engaging stakeholders at all levels.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams, project managers, and other consultants.

  • A proactive, client-focused approach with a passion for delivering results.

  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred but not essential).
