As a result of a recent internal promotion, we are looking to recruit a Client Relationship Director with extensive of experience leading high profile, dynamic and demanding accounts within a managed service environment. The portfolio includes multiple client accounts in the Financial Services and Insurance sector with a heavy focus on full managed service from data driven digital and email marketing, as well Print and Direct Mail and regulatory transactional communications. The clients you will manage require the proactive provision of an excellent service, delivering the basics brilliantly, whilst supporting and driving their strategic and transformation objectives and shifting our business into new areas of service provision.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and x-sell additional service lines and new products and solutions, generating additional revenue.

  • To own the client relationships at senior level to ensure that the client’s expectations are exceeded and innovation is delivered.

  • To be the direct interface between internal delivery teams and our clients across all work initiatives and deliverables, owning the communication on progress, status and risks.

  • To be the “managed service” expert for clients within your portfolio, identifying opportunities to help clients achieve their objectives, address their challenges, optimise their communications and be market leaders within their own industries.


Experience:



  • A demonstrable passion for and understanding Customer Communication Management within the FS&I sector, including the supporting technologies.

  • Track record in managing the contractual and commercial aspects of key accounts

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships at a senior level.

  • Commercial negotiation and entrepreneurial thinking.

  • Self-motivated and have a flexible approach at all times and adaptable to change.

  • Problem solving and analytical skills.

  • A good working knowledge of the MS Office suite.


This will be a remote role with UK travel required to Paragon and client sites.


Salary £60-65K plus £5K car allowance.
