PPC Manager - £35K

Remote | Full Time

This is not a graduate role. No recruiters please.

We are on the hunt for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on PPC Manager to join our growing Paid Media team following a strong start to the year. This is a key hire - someone who not only delivers brilliant results for clients but also uplifts the team around them.

In this role, you’ll manage and optimise high-performing PPC campaigns across e-commerce and lead gen accounts (B2B, B2C & DTC), with monthly budgets up to £200,000. You’ll also play a pivotal role in mentoring and supporting more junior team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow.

You’ll work directly with clients to understand their business goals, guide strategy, and communicate results in a clear and confident way. We’re looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail, a test-and-learn mindset, and the ability to turn performance insights into meaningful action.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Senior PPC Executive ready to take the next step, or an existing PPC Manager looking for a more dynamic, people-focused role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead, implement and optimise PPC campaigns (mainly Google Ads) across a diverse client portfolio.

  • Use data to drive strategic decision-making, working with attribution models, conversion tracking, and custom dashboards.

  • Guide and mentor junior team members, providing feedback, training, and support on best practices and campaign strategies.

  • Contribute to new business pitches, bringing PPC insight and strategy to proposals and helping showcase what makes our approach stand out.

  • Develop creative solutions that go beyond the basics - from feed-based ads and Performance Max to first-party data and scripts.

  • Support in the planning and delivery of account strategies and quarterly performance reviews.

  • Regularly meet with clients to discuss performance, provide strategic recommendations, and build long-term relationships.

  • Write compelling ad copy and collaborate on landing page optimisation for improved conversion rates.

  • Run A/B tests and push for continuous improvement across all areas of the account.

  • Stay on top of industry changes and share insights with the wider team to keep us all learning.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (agency or in-house) managing large budgets and delivering results.

  • Confident managing campaigns across Google Ads, including PMax, shopping feeds, and scripts.

  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members.

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas).

  • Clear, confident communicator, written and verbal, who can build trust with clients and teammates alike.

  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns with competing deadlines.

  • Passionate about digital marketing and always looking for the next performance win.

  • Google Ads certifications are essential.
