About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic AI Development Coach to support and mentor apprentices throughout their learning journey. Your role will involve delivering high-quality coaching, assessment, and support, helping learners develop the skills, knowledge, and behaviours needed for operational management success.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Mentor and Coach: Provide guidance and support to apprentices studying their Digital Support Technician L3 apprenticeship, ensuring they progress and achieve their qualifications.


  • Engaging Sessions: Plan and deliver dynamic learning sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching tailored to individual learner needs.


  • Constructive Feedback: Assess learners' work against apprenticeship standards, offering constructive feedback to foster their development.


  • Portfolio Guidance: Assist apprentices in gathering evidence for their portfolio and prepare them for End-Point Assessment (EPA).


  • Progress Monitoring: Track apprentice progress through regular reviews, ensuring they meet learning goals and targets.


  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with employers and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless apprenticeship experience.


  • Personal Development: Support apprentices in developing leadership skills and management competencies aligned with industry best practices.


  • Compliance: Maintain accurate records of learner progress and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory requirements.


  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of apprenticeship standards, funding rules, and sector developments to ensure best practices in delivery.


Essentials:



  • Relevant experience in digital support roles, including experience with AI solutions (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot).

  • Teaching or assessing qualification (e.g., A1 Assessor Award, CAVA, PTLLS, or equivalent).

  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, and assessing management apprentices.

  • Strong knowledge of apprenticeship standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire learners.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills to manage a caseload of apprentices effectively.

  • Proficiency in using e-portfolio systems and virtual learning platforms.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with learners and employers to ensure positive outcomes.
