Conveyancing Paralegal - #1674755

Established in the early 1900’s, our client has an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Conveyancing Paralegal for their office located on the East side of London.

This position will be based in the office, full time, Monday to Friday, in the residential conveyancing department.

key duties to include:

• Ordering and checking routine property searches.


• Title checking, raising and reviewing enquires and reporting.


• Checking mortgage offers.


• Drafting AP1’s and stamp duty returns.


• Utilising land registry portal.


• Dealing directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.

The successful candidate will have:

• A minimum of one year’s previous conveyancing paralegal experience.


• Completed the LPC.


• Confident managing a conveyancing caseload.


• Strong interpersonal skills and great communication.


• A team player eager to learn and develop!

Salary offering £25,000 – £30,000 dependent on experience.
