My client, a global membership organisation in a dynamic, fascinating sector, is looking for an Office Administrator to assist the Business Administration Manager and the Membership Services Team. If you have exceptional administrative skills, a “can-do” attitude, are confident with technology, and thrive in a busy environment then we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities


• Provide reception services for the office.


• Manage telephone calls for the office through Main Switchboard.


• Liaise with Building Manager regarding visitors.


• Assist with room bookings as required.


• Organisation of security passes for visitors and new starts.


• Allocation of lockers for staff use.


• Purchase of office items, e.g. tea, coffee, stationery etc


• Manage requirements for lunches and meeting refreshments.


• Assist with office moves and removals.


• Provision of administrative duties to the Leadership Management Team.


• Check inbox daily and distribute emails to relevant parties.


• Work on bounceback emails and amend in system as required.


• Amend all contact updates as require.


• Amend all committee updates.


• Packing and shipment of logbooks on a weekly basis.


• Arrangement of flights and hotel when required.


• Arrangement of attendance and registration at industry events.


• Assist with People Experience Projects as required.


Skills and Experience


• Knowledge of general office duties.


• Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive for results.


• Structured and systematic approach to work tasks.


• First-class communication (written and verbal).


• Well-developed interpersonal skills to be able to work with groups of various expertise and seniority.


• Ability to deliver work that is correct, logical and well-argued.


• Skills in representing and promoting the work of the organisation.


• Attention to detail.


• Skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint


• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.


• Able to work well in a team environment and independently
