We are delighted to be working with this Orpington based law firm. They are recruiting for a 3 years PQE Commercial/Litigation Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing law firm.

Typical duties include:

• Dealing with all aspects Commercial/Litigation law


• Managing a caseload of complex Litigation matters


• Dealing with contract disputes, debt claims and commercial litigation


• Conducting legal research


• Drafting contracts


• Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs

Candidate specification:

• 3 years PQE as a Solicitor


• Qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales


• Degree or a similar qualification


• Excellent written and verbal skills


• Outstanding organisation skills


• Great attention to detail
