Working with one of the regions most exciting consultancies who believe in empowering businesses through exceptional HR solutions. They work with a wide range of clients — from fast-growing SMEs to established, global organisations—helping them to build strong people strategies and navigate complex HR challenges.


As they grow, we’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Consultant to join the team to play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding services and strengthening their brand presence.


Reporting to the Managing Director you will play a lead role in the evolution of the HR service range including Reward, Learning & Development, HR Audits, Outsourced support and much, much more.


There will be occasional travel, but will be based from the Bristol office 2 days per week.


As HR Consultant, you will:



  • Deliver a diverse portfolio of consulting projects, including:

  • HR audits and the development of HR strategies for our customers

  • Organisational Design, Change and Reward

  • Design and delivery of training and development programmes

  • Ongoing HR support for SME clients

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go-to advisor for all things HR.

  • Collaborate with our wider internal team comprising Talent Acquisition, People Analytics and Wellbeing experts to ensure successful project delivery, sharing knowledge and mentoring where appropriate.

  • Attending networking events and HR forums

  • Contributing to proposal writing and thought leadership content


What you may be:



  • CIPD qualified (Level 7 preferred)

  • Proven experience in either a HR role at Business Partner level or above, or a client-facing HR consultancy role

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to link HR solutions to business objectives

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Previous experience in creating and delivering training / coaching to Managers and HR personnel

  • Confident presenter and facilitator, comfortable delivering workshops and webinars

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with competing deadlines

  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with a passion for HR innovation
