We need an excellent communicator to join our mission and generate Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth for a portfolio of target accounts. You would be reporting straight into the COO, and need to have the initiative and resourcefulness to work independently.

About the role


Key responsibilties include:



  • Be an engine for growth and own a sales territory – selling to new business corporate prospects and/or partners.

  • Deliver the assigned sales targets for the portfolio - by building multi-level relationships; mapping engagement strategies and developing appropriate account/opportunity plans to deliver ARR growth.

  • Develop the portfolio using available internal and external resources, to increase revenue opportunities and establish the Company as a strategic, long term partner.

  • Facilitate communication on strategic and tactical issues facing their Customers and Partners.

  • Understand and keep up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competition, technical developments, and governmental regulations that affect target markets.

  • Take full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting for the territory.

  • Effectively develop a robust Territory Plan to prospect for sales opportunities to make or exceed target.

  • Engage with the industry, attending and/or speaking at events and showcases.

  • Articulate the strategic vision and product offerings of the Company to senior stakeholders.

  • Deepen and broaden the network, identifying new contacts including C-level and senior business stakeholders, fully maintained in HubSpot.

  • Act as the voice of the Customer with internal stakeholders, including Loss Reviews and Win reviews.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

About you:Essential



  • A strong individual contributor and team player

  • Minimum of 2 years delivery of sales target in new business of at least £500k – £750k ARR

  • Demonstrable Enterprise and/or Channel sales experience of finding and closing £100k - £250k ARR deals, in enterprise, healthcare and/or SaaS solutions.

  • Demonstrated experience selling at the C-Suite level and FTSE 500 companies.

  • Well-developed consultative/challenger selling style.

  • Demonstrable ability to leverage internal resources for the execution of Account Plans. Able to establish and articulate a sales strategy for everyone working on your accounts in the Company ecosystem.

  • People-oriented professional with strong relationship building skills

  • Success using a Value Based sales process(Discovery to Close).

  • Critical thinker who is curious, able to ask questions and challenge with strong creative problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to prepare and present key performance indicators where necessary.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally.

  • Competitiveness and a desire to learn and develop new skills and expertise to guarantee success in this and future roles.

  • Strong sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the team’s success. A team player who is willing to be brave, to try and not be scared to fail.

  • Self-motivated to succeed in their career, wants to grow and develop and is willing to work hard to achieve this.

Desirable



  • Experience of SME/start up environment

  • Experience of selling to HR/Wellbeing/Healthcare/Insurance stakeholders

  • Expertise in a recognised sales methodology
