Do you have supervisor experience within a plant or production environment? Are you looking for a challenging new role offering full autonomy within an established business who operate over multiple sites, UK wide. Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a plant supervisor to join the team at their state of the art facility near Bristol. The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing plant, maintenance, production and delivery staff and will ensure all plant operations run efficiently. You will work alongside the plant manager and operations director, playing a key part in driving this busy production and distribution site. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams within a production or plant environment and will gain access to excellent training to enhance your skills and knowledge on transport, delivery and operations.

You will be working for a leading manufacturer of building and construction products who supply a range of loyal customers across the UK, managing the full process from initial enquiry to production and delivery. Operating over multiple sites across England means that some attractive progression opportunities will be presented to a driven individual in the future, as a plant or transport manager and will have an excellent training plan implemented to help develop their skills and progress within the business.
