IT Support Engineer | Bristol | Hybrid (3 Days On-Site)

We're on the lookout for a proactive IT Support Engineer to join the team in Bristol. This hybrid role (3 days on-site per week) is a fantastic opportunity to support a dynamic business by providing top-notch IT services and ensuring technology runs smoothly for our users

What You'll Be Doing:



Providing remote and in-person 1st and 2nd line support via our Service Desk

Diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues and application problems

Installing and configuring IT hardware and software

Supporting network infrastructure, Wi-Fi, backups, and an element of server management

Maintaining asset registers and technical documentation

Investigating security alerts and ensuring compliance with IT policies

Delivering outstanding customer service and support to end usersWhat We're Looking For:



Solid experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Active Directory

Hands-on experience with Office 365 administration

Proven track record in technical support within a business or service desk setting

A customer-first attitude and strong communication skills

A collaborative mindset with the drive to continuously improve

Location: Bristol - 3 days a week on-site
