Hours: 40 Hours

Shifts: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 4 pm, 8 am to 5 pm or 10 am to 7 pm.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join the team at our Bristol Service Centre .

As a Warehouse Supervisor your role will be to ensure that all Warehouse Operations are efficient and compliant, and all contracts are managed in line with customer SLA’s and internal processes.

The key responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor role include:

A successful Warehouse Supervisor will have a sound knowledge and understanding of all Warehouse activities to ensure client specific requirements are met whilst adhering to contractual SLA, KPI’s. The ability to be able to confidently deal with pick requests, the inbounding of stock and all elements of sortation is key across all accounts. Playing a key role in a supervisory capacity the Warehouse Supervisor alongside the Warehouse Manager will be responsible for training and implementing changes in processes when needed to ensure the smooth running of all warehouse operations.

The key skills needed for the Warehouse Supervisor role include:


  • Previous experience in a warehouse/ logistics environment in a Supervisory capacity
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety at work within a warehouse environment
  • Computer literacy, and able to quickly learn new software.
  • Able to act on your own initiative without constant supervision.
  • Proven experience of dealing with courier questions and queries
