An established and highly regarded boutique commercial law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join its growing team on a permanent, FULLY REMOTE basis.

The Role:

You will manage an existing and varied employment law caseload, predominantly advising employer clients, including:

• Some contentious but mostly non-contentious employment law matters.
• Providing ongoing employment law advice and support to businesses.
• Corporate support work, including employment due diligence and TUPE matters.
• Advising on employment issues arising from business and share acquisitions and disposals.
• Developing and maintaining strong client and introducer relationships.
• Contributing to the continued growth and development of the employment department.

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in employment law.
• Strong experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Essential experience in corporate support work, including employment due diligence and TUPE.
• Confident managing an employment law caseload independently.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working remotely.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with an interest in business development.
